Filipe has been skateboarding for 9 years, since he was the age of 12. He fell in love with the sport the first time he tried skateboarding with a friend who showed him a board. That feeling of freedom he got from skating the very first time was so addicting that he couldn’t stop riding! At the time, there was a skate park right in front of his house (like 5 meters in front of his house) so he thinks he was destined to skate!
He has dedicated his life to skateboarding and is now managing a skateboard brand with a friend called: Clandestina Skateboards. He wants people to try skateboarding and to do it in the best and the most purest way possible. He has broken his left foot twice but that hasn’t stopped him from achieving his goals and absolutely shredding every spot he finds. Life is too short to make excuses, so he likes to make every day count!
